How your data is handled

In memory only

Uploaded CVs and job postings are processed entirely in the server's working memory. They are never written to disk, never stored in a database and never included in backups. Closing the session, logging out or a server restart removes everything instantly.

Automatic expiry

A session expires after 60 minutes of inactivity and after 8 hours at the latest, whichever comes first. On expiry all data is wiped. You can also wipe everything yourself at any moment with the Wipe button at the bottom of the sidebar.

Redaction by default

CV text is shown with personal data (names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers) replaced by placeholders. The original text can be revealed deliberately, one document at a time.

No third parties

All analysis runs on our own server. No CV content is sent to external AI services, analytics tools or any other third party. The exported CSV contains filenames, labels and scores only - no CV text.

EU hosting

The application is hosted in the European Union (Amsterdam region).
